Love it

It's like this was made for me... first thing I've really liked in a while, can't wait to see the next ones.

Neat work

Graphically very strong, but I almost feal it would work better with more limited animation as I'd rather have little movement than clunky movements. That's more than likely just me though. It left me wanting more so it definetly did its job. Nice work can already feel the personality of the character =D.
So the moon's a living being huh =\ interesting.

Great animation and very cute

Not laugh outload funny but still very adorable.

The animation is something to commend and it makes me curious as to if this was made in flash? The characters always seemed a little fuzzy, which could be do to lowered picture quality, was this edited in something like after effects and exported at a lower qulaity? or were they imported from another program?
I was just kind of curious and no matter what very cool and well worth a watch.

Onelani responds:

It was all done in Flash but I had to re-import back in as a video which why the video quality is lower than it should be.

It's funny

Looking back at what I did in a day 5 months ago... We should have started with a better part =P lol...

Meh, probably should have redone it.

Everyones part was great, and the whole idea I felt was pretty unique. Trig's right the text is up for a little to long but not enugh it gets frustrating or anything. \

Nice job everyone.

Good movie but A Few Issues

The first thing I noticed in this movie was the lac of sound in the intro, that really pur me off from the beginning, not a great first impression. There were a couple other sound flaws but not much worth mentioning.

The graphics were very nice and the style although rather generic was completely exceptable. There were some good appearances, like that of P-Bot, which always is nice to know that whoever made it has spent at leaste a little time on NewGrounds and wasn't just after the cash.

Seeing as its Pico day violence seemed exceptable but another fighting movie isn't really a breath of fresh air, although very well made, a new fresh concept might have benefited more.

Overall a very good movie, hope to see more from you, (and mostly the artist) in the future

I thought you were Bluffing

I didn't think you were going to actually submit this, would of sworn you were bluffing, just keep my name off it. and i wouldn't call it a colab as much as a "time passer"

Oh well it was fun and killed time =)
good job

Nice Job =)

I don't really play any role playing games so I didn't find it that funny, but I did recognize where the jokes were so I'm not going to mark you down for that.

I thought most of the style was consistant but still left a little bit to be desired, the drawings are fine but I'd love to see some movement during walking scenes that isn't just tweening.

Now the one real complaint i have is on one of the voices for the main "mage" like charactor i think he's voice is just a little to over the top and gets a little annoying.

I really like this and i commend your updated graphics

nice job keep on going with these

A little overated but still fantastic

I do like these movies after i saw part A i went to your site to watch them all and they kept me entertained for the time i watched them. Your story line is good up until the part where the fight for the orb, i won't ruin anything for anyone but i'm sure you know what i'm talking about, then i felt it went downhill.

I do like your incorporation of the 3d models. other than the overused apache that wasn't even made by you, that was a bit of a dissapointment but animators are by no means modelers or riggers. I also liked the look of the guns although they were a little boxy but i'm glad you didn't jsut go download perfectly detailed models then use them, it shows commitment.

I'm curious though did you retrace or somehow import just the gun into your scene, i tried to add one 3d object to a scene once but couldn't get it to just follow the outline, oh well another time to talk about that

Although your graphics are just sticks its clear that really any other type of drawing either wouldn't fit, or be to hard to animate, you really couldn't do anything inbetween sticks and full detailed characters, and tweening if done improperly ruins movies.

The sound is crystal clear and i really enjoyed the voice acting it helped make the movie, nice job on the scientist i noticed that was one of the only characters you did but you did it very well, nothing like a sterotypical sounding genious.

Your writing is good along with your style and its hard to find flaws in the movie other than things like the boxy gun and overused camera angels in such. but that is being so nitpicky theres not much sense in you listening to them.

in all honesty though i don't believe this deserves a 4.3 but i'm sure that will level out with time once people realize it isn't better then the xombies and deserves a spot somewhere in the 40-100s of all time.

Nice job though you display an incredible amount of skill and have mastered stickmen, i hope you apply this to your next feature and make something that isn't stick.

Get-lost responds:

I'm curious why you think the story goes downhill, feel free to PM me.

I export the 3D gun animation into an .swf, and then import it as a new symbol. It's pretty easy.

Glad you liked my voiceacting.

Thanks for the review :)

I just Didn't find it Funny

I'm gonna start with your graphics, i know your probably trying to keep the style consistant but on the next episode maybe experiment with different character designs as you make it. No one on NG would mind if you did change up your characters for the better.

Like i said before i don't really like your graphical style but it is really consistant nothing seems out of place, everything blends in to the little world you set up.

The voice acting wasn't great but at leaste the sound quality is good, didn't here any microphone fuzz or breathing so nice job on that

Nobody really cares about Violence/Interactivity in a movie

I don't know but i didn't think the movie was funny all the punchlines were predictable and nothing really made me laugh.

Overall its definetly above average and with some tweeking it could definetly could off the ground and become (more) popular

Snubby responds:

Don't speak for all of Newgrounds when it comes to graphics. I know plenty of people who liked them, and in DL5 when I diversify the animation they'll be even better.

Anyway, thanks for the review and the comment about the consistency.

Im gonna review this as if I wasn't scarred

X0U did a Medly nke job to set the mood for the entire movie with the intro, although extreme violence really isn't my 'thing you did it well. I realy enjoy your style its nice simple fluid and doesn't dissapoint your fans. I actually must say something aboot He realism of your drawn blood it is incredible, in the opening it look almost to real, you clearly have a ton of expierence drawing it, and that practice wasn't wasted.

The sound was... interesting at leaste it fit the mood which i enjoyed, i don't know what it changed to i could keep watching after the chainsaw to the innocent guy, i figured i knew what was going to come so i had seen enough

It was great for what it was, just isn't really my cup of tea i also hope you are a very calm person in real life, just for the worlds sake.

4/5
